KINNEY COUNTY HOBBS RANCH  package hunts for whitetail deer. Turkey, quail and doves included on Trophy and management hunts. Semi- guided hunts with two man blinds and feeders provided. Comfortable hunting  camp , ranch house, with 6 bedrooms, 2  , kitchen equipped for your stay.  Not catered. Hunters provide guns and food. High  fenced,1500 acre deer pasture with Level III, MLDP management. Hunt  deer  October  thru January. Hunter does not use his deer tags. MLDP tags are used for all deer taken.  Last year 11 bucks harvested with 20 buck  permits  allotted.  This year there will be a number of mature bucks to harvest.  Last two years  have seen 150” to 160” deer. This year 170“ deer likely.

Hunt#1:  Trophy or Management  hunt. $1500.00 per hunter for 3 ½ days hunting, 3 nights.  Includes  1 buck up to 149”, 2 does, 1 turkey, quail, doves,  lodging, semi guided.  Trophy  fee for 150” or better buck,  $1500.00.

Hunt #2:  Economy hunt. $900.00 per hunter  for  1 buck, landowner choice, and 1 doe, no birds. Two and one half day hunt,  2 nights. Minimum  2  hunters  per  hunt.   Non shooting guests $300.00.
